Constance Faye Vance of Hebron, NE the daughter of John and Virginia (Tripp) Culp was born September 21, 1937 in Hebron. She departed this life Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Thayer County Health Services in Hebron at the age of 80 years.

Faye grew up in the Belvidere area attending school and graduating from Belvidere High School with the class of 1955.

She married Buddy Post January 7, 1956. This union was blessed with the birth of two sons.

She married John Vance this union was blessed with the addition of two stepdaughters.

Faye worked in Wichita, KS, Lodi, CA then returned to Kansas working at the Montgomery County Treasurers Office in Independence, KS for many years. After retirement she moved back to Hebron.

Faye liked embroidery, reading but most of all spending time with her family, especially her son John.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one son Lee Post and sister-in-law Carol Culp.

She is survived by her son John Post of Deshler, NE, two step daughters; Kim and Lori, sisters; Carol Aude of Belvidere, NE, Wilma Bonilla and husband Jose of Tobias, NE, Linda Telecky and husband Mark of Duncan, NE, Ellen Westen and husband Jim of Alexandria, NE, Terri Holtzen and husband Steve of Kearney, NE, Marj Bowman and husband Raymond of Jetmore, KS, Denise Andersen and husband Daryl of Wahoo, NE, and Gail Gilliam of Deshler, NE, one brother Dale Culp of Hebron, three grandchildren, one great-grandchild of Independence, KS, numerous nieces, numerous nephews, and friends.

A Memorial service will be Saturday, September 8, 2018 at United Church of Christ in Belvidere, NE at 10:30 AM. Officiant will be Pastor Kim Dunker. Cremation, no visitation. Inurnment will be in the Belvidere Cemetery. Memorial in care of the family can be sent to Kroll Funeral Home 330 North 5th St, Hebron, NE 68370. Condolences may be left at www.krollfh.com.
