Amy Jane Wittke of Hebron, NE the daughter of Robert Sr. and Melody (Moore) Panek was born January 20, 1968 in Torrance, CA. She departed this life Sunday, October 20, 2019 at her home in Hebron, NE.

Amy grew up in Torrance, CA attending school.

She married Joel Wittke March 17, 2005 in Clay County, NE.

Amy liked animals, especially dogs and cats. Lucky was her favorite dog. Playing softball, gardening, raising flowers, and spending time out in God’s great creation was always a joy to her.

Her husband Joel was the joy of her life. Spending time together, fishing, or just sitting together.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Robert Panek Jr.

She is survived by her husband Joel of Hebron, sons; Daniel Harris of Gillette, WY and Manuel Andrade of Chicago, IL, sister Angela Gonzales of Lutz, FL, nieces, nephews and friends.

Following Amy’s wishes she was cremated and a memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at The Hebron Bible Church in Hebron, NE at 11:00 AM. Officiant will be Pastor Jeff Friesen.
